A year ago, I hatched a plan to get away from London, the City job and off the hamster wheel of life, at least for a while. All things considered, my timing could not have been better.

The best way to see Cape Town.
Yesterday I paraglided off Lion's Head in Cape Town. It was an INCREDIBLE airborne 17 minutes.
The experiences, thoughts and pics of a guy who decided to get some perspective in Namibia, S Africa, Argentina, Antarctica, Brazil, Myanmar, Bhutan and the Philippines.
